Referral Bonus (BPS):

Eligibility: Any individual or entity may refer a "New Client" to HomeForge Mortgages ("the Company") for mortgage services through Breezeful. A "New Client" is defined as an individual or entity who has not previously applied for or obtained a mortgage from the Company.

Successful Referral: A successful referral occurs when a "New Client" applies for a mortgage with HomeForge Mortgages and the mortgage application is subsequently funded by the lender.

Referral Bonus: Upon successful referral, the referring party will receive a referral bonus within 10 business days of the funded mortgage closing. For example, if the funded mortgage amount is CAD 100,000 and the referral bonus is 10 basis points, the referring party will receive CAD 100.

Advance to Next Level:

• Silver to Gold: To advance from Silver to Gold partner status, a partner must successfully refer a minimum of 10 funded mortgage deals.

• Gold to Platinum: To progress from Gold to Platinum partner status, a partner must successfully refer an additional 5 funded mortgage deals.

Earn Points: In addition to the referral bonus, referring parties will earn points for each successfully funded mortgage deal. These points will be auto-redeemed as outlined in the next terms & conditions. Any unredeemed points will remain in the referring party's account and will not be forfeited. Once the points have been redeemed the points will reset to 0 (Zero) in the referring party's account

Redeem Points: Accumulated referral points will automatically be applied to your next successful referral. For instance, if you have earned 3 extra basis points (bps) on top of your standard referral bonus of 10 bps, your total referral bonus will be 13 bps.

Example: For a successfully funded mortgage of CAD 100,000 with a 13 bps referral bonus, you would receive CAD 130.

Badges: Partners will be eligible to earn badges from HomeForge Mortgages based on their current tier status within the partner program. These badges can be used to enhance your professional profile and marketing materials. Badges will be awarded upon successful enrollment in the program or advancement to a higher tier.

Free Gifts: Eligible partners & clients will receive a complimentary gift upon reaching the following milestones:

• Gold Partners: Every 12 months

• Platinum Partners: Every 6 months

• Clients: Every 12 months

The specific gift will be determined by HomeForge Mortgages and will be dispatched within 20 business days of the anniversary date.

Promotion to Clients & Members: All HomeForge Mortgages partners will be showcased to clients and members based on their tier status. Platinum partners will enjoy the highest visibility, followed by Gold and Silver partners. Clients and members can access partner information, including contact details, services offered, rate sheet and any exclusive discounts, through their online dashboard.

Content: Partners, clients & members will receive regular updates and educational materials related to the mortgage industry. Real Estate Agents Perks: All real estate agents affiliated with HomeForge Mortgages, regardless of their tier status, are eligible to receive the following benefits:

• Co-Branded Marketing Materials: Access to customizable marketing materials featuring the HomeForge Mortgages logo and branding, such as flyers, brochures, and digital assets.

• Educational Resources: Access to educational materials and resources related to the mortgage industry, including webinars, articles, and whitepapers.

• Q&A Sessions: Opportunity to participate in Q&A sessions with HomeForge Mortgages mortgage experts to address client inquiries.

• Open House Support: HomeForge Mortgages will provide a mortgage agent to attend your open houses, subject to availability. The mortgage agent will offer valuable information, including rate sheets, mortgage product options, and answer questions from potential buyers.
